Mike R.FijiAll-StarsBe upstanding for an ~OG~ player from ten years ago! Mike is from the first season and what makes him even more fascinating is that he was the first person to lose the Jury vote against Sahara - somebody that I'd love to get more information on. Undoubtedly a great player in his original game and later in All-Stars, his presence was around and then just vanished for whatever reasons (life, work, etc.) so it's great to see him back and compete against not only these new people but also how he's going to adjust to the ways of modern iS. As a rule of thumb I judge past players on their last game and Mike is very competent, strong stats across voting history and average when it comes to competitions. I look forward to see how much he has changed as a player and how he's willing to cope against this increased cast. MaryVenezuela - Instinct & IntuitionMary is such a fascinating player to me, you can picture her being on the show and having a good ol' time looking hot in a bikini and not necessarily doing a whole lot to impact the overall endgame, but I was pleasantly surprised by how smart she is from a strategical standpoint. Mary was never really in any danger in Venezuela, led under the iron wing of Audrey, she maintained great relationships and never really irked anybody on the jury. Had she lucked out at the Final Immunity Challenge then there is no doubt that she would have been a viable contender for the title. Looking at her statistics she has a high attendance record of Tribal Councils but nobody went for her until the final four, she has to capitalize on that aspect of her social game but also maintain a great challenge performance as her efforts in Venezuela were sub-par at best. There's the question of whether or not she'll go the distance and in a game of this magnitude I'm not exactly holding my breath, but I love it when I'm proven wrong. NikkiHaiti - Tides of MisfortuneThrough my own admission, Nikki was hugely overlooked to me in Haiti. I never got a good read on her and as much as I wanted to be invested in her game I had already picked the ones to root for. She's average at best in terms of this cast, no real strengths or weaknesses to note so she's going to be a wildcard. One of my focuses will be to look at her game closely, there's a reason she's in this group and I'd love to see what she brings to the table. CraigJapan - Fans vs. Favorites IIPeople who place 4th in a FvF season have a 100% success rate of winning an All-Stars in iSurv1vor. Tru Fax. So imagine my surprise when I looked at Craig as an overall player and I realized that he's actually sitting in the bottom tier of players, poor challenge performance, no real social game to speak of and he was a viable target. Across sixteen Tribal Councils he accumulated eleven votes and has the third highest amount of votes against him out of this group! I'm a little dumbfounded by that, I'd love this kid to go the distance because of our connection but his days are already numbered. KyleThe Greek IslesAll-StarsKyle is another old school Generation One player who I'm incredibly excited to see play, as I can only go by his last game statistics however I won't be overly surprised if he's gone soon. Out of this group he is ranked 29th (outranking HLC) and if she wasn't cast then he'd be my wtf pick for this game. The only thing that Kyle has over the majority of these players is that he's been an All-Star in iS and knows how Sandy operates in this setting, but it might be a case of too little, too late.

AllanHawaii Montenegro - Fans vs. Favorites All-Stars II - Heroes vs. VillainsThis guy is a glutton for punishment, Allan is likable, sociable and smart but that was back in Hawaii. I've played with this guy twice and I saw none of those qualities, he was lazy, weak and a bit of a crybaby. That being said I do love this guy and he's a lovely person outside of a setting like iSurv1vor but ever since his second game he's been phoning it in and looking thirty steps ahead rather than focusing on the here and now. Poor performance stats from Heroes vs. Villains and he's not going to be a problem in this game, he'll active for sure but there's absolutely no way he's going to be getting the title. NicIndia Japan - Fans vs. Favorites IIWhen she was originally cast for India, I wanted to dislike this girl, she looked like my ex and that immediately put me off her. Then she started winning a lot of challenges and became incredibly popular until she RC'd herself out of the game - she comes back for a second stab and does way better, I wanted to know why and so I studied both her games more in-depth than I have the others and realized that her biggest weakness is what she thinks is her biggest strength; aligning with guys. Nic had a rough road with AoE and in Japan her relationship with Dylan cost him his game. With regards to her statistics from Japan she rounds off the "Top Tier" portion of the players in this season and rightly so, it's a hard tier to break into and people are fully aware of her capabilities. She'll need to distance herself from previous ties and do a lot of micro-management if she wants to make it past the Glory Spot. DruVenezuela - Instinct & IntuitionDru is one of those players I wished I paid more attention too, but as with other people I've wrote up about I had already made my choices in who I was backing (see Chris) and they seemed somewhat redundant in my eyes. I dug around his stats to see what made him such a force to be reckoned with and why he's returned and whaddya know, the kid is a target hitting machine. Out of everybody in this group, Dru has the highest amount of successful eliminations with 14/14 Tribal Councils - that is flawless and hugely admirable. Sure he was a few votes short of the win and he's remembered more for his bickering with Audrey, but Audrey isn't here and this gives him a lot more breathing room than in Venezuela. My advice for him would be to not take somebody to the end who is going to school you, simple as that. JoanneHaiti - Tides of MisfortuneI love Joanne, loved her from the moment she was cast in Haiti and I knew she'd be a fun player to watch. But how pissed is Travis going to be after knowingly getting her to apply that she'd be a better candidate than him for All-Stars? That's epic. Out of all the females that are playing for the second time, Joanne is by far the strongest out of them and that's reflected in her statistics as she's ranked in the Top Tier. Something tells me that if Trevor plays again that she'll be the one giving him pointers on how to play, this is her time to excel and I cannot be happier that one of my favorite players is back. #TeamJo DrewFaroe Islands - Land of the VikingsDrew is such a great guy in this game, if anybody wants to see how you should manage your journals then you should head over to Drew's on the FI board because it's just jam-packed with gorgeous tidbits, detailed analysis and it's a joy to read and get an insight into a players thought-process. Statistically, Drew is also in the Top Tier just breaking into the top four and that's simply down to how well his social game is. He's the only person in this game who has never had his name written down and that's going to be a struggle for him this time around as nobody will want to have a Winner near the Final Tribal Council. His best course of action is to let the bigger fish devour each other and then make a run for the end.

Joanne: Very wellspoken, sweet, smart, likes to chat, and she has a lot of good things going for her. I don't really see her bringing much to the table to be honest, I don't see her playing much different than she did in Haiti which at times wasn't very exciting. I do think that she's non-threatening and so if people see that, they'll keep her around and she'll make it far, but maybe that alone will make her a threat- the fact that she'd be so easy to string along. I think it's also possible though that she could be an easy early boot. So not sure with her, I think either could happen!
Drew: Wow, I am so excited to see him play again!!!! It's been almost 3 years and especially after doing a season of iSurv1vor Live, I think he's more than ready to play again. Even with his winner target, he's not one of the more "known" winners, people don't really know his story, in fact I was on a call with someone yesterday and while reading the cast reveal they said "Oh I didn't know Drew won" lol. So even though he's a winner, I could see him doing well again and I really hope he does!!
Niicole: The full iSurv1vor package for sure. Cute, smart, funny, good at challenges, easy to get along with, I think she has everything going for her. I think she'll be a quick target, but I think she's such a good player that she'll be able to use being a target as a way to get people to stick with her, and could make it far yet again. I could see her pulling off a Parvati lol. Niicole is definitely one of the best people to watch so I'm excited to see her again.
Allan: Allan!!! Wow, talk about an All Star. From being a winner to having 2 awful placements, I think it's amazing that he's willing to come back and give it a 4th chance. I think since the last time he played 4 years ago, he has grown a lot as a player and is going to be more bold and cutthroat than he was during Montenegro and HvV.
Dru: Excited to watch him! I didn't want Venezuela closely to get a full grasp on his game. But he's very charming and a good player, and even though everyone knows that he's not afraid to hurt feelings, they still believe him and fall for his charm! I can see him doing well again!

and what do you know... we have 30 "All Stars" ready to battle it out. Let's take a look at the last 5...
Nicole - now, I like Nicole... don't get me wrong... but I think her biggest downfall is going to be having Ricky and Nax here. This is "All Stars"... and these people are supposed to be the best... but if they let Axis of Evil get anywhere near the merge, they should never play iSurv1vor again. I think Nicole would have had a better shot at making it far and possibly winning if she was here by herself... Wonder how her interactions with Fei will be since it came out that AoE was instigating Brookie to say things in India that were classless... one would hope Nicole wasn't part of it, directly... as I kind of feel like she is a better person than that.
Drew - I don't know Drew that well but I have played with him in another game and he was one of the toughest players to beat in that game. I came out victorious, over Drew's side of the game... 3rd place over all, a little self promo never hurt anyone... Tucker's write up for Drew makes me think he will be an early boot unless someone picks him up as a key member of their alliance that has a brain for the game!
Joanne - I like Joanne... I love that Trevor got her hooked on wrestling and ORGs... glad she had a good positive experience and wanted to come back again... I would of liked to see Joanne and Trevor on the same season to see how people interacted with them both in the same season.
Allan - I am a huge Allan fan. He is a genuine good dude who is just here to have a good time! He doesn't take life so serious... and is fun to talk with. I am rooting for him to do well. I think he will go far in this game as he isn't a big vocal monster like some of these other people. If he wins, hugs all around! not including him though.
Dru - I love this kid! I think we all know that. We bonded post venezuela over wrestling and the game of Survivor. He is another one though that I don't think will last long, unfortunately. I am looking forward to State of the Drunion Addresses! I am rooting for him to go far and I have high hopes that he smooth talks his way deep into this game the way we know he can!
Got some things to take care of and then we will look at the cast as a whole...

Now that we have a full cast... time to look at this game as whole.
I think the key to this entire season is utilizing the "wild card" players as I would like to call them... the people who arent in the mix as much as the rest... they dont attend meet ups, they dont hang out in the skype chat all night long... these players are going to valuable to someones game as I think a lot of this season is going to be based off of relationships outside of this game... and that is going to be people's downfall unless they can add some people to their force.
So who are these wild card players? Joey, Rene, Mike, maybe Kyle and maybe Dave. ( I may be wrong on the last two )
The likes of Dru, Alyx, Allan, Joe Purcell, need to scoop these people up to eliminate the biggest unofficial alliance yet to form... The West Coast Alliance!
Let's be serious for a minute... if you honest think the WEST COAST MEET UP didn't discuss ALL STARS... you are bullshitting yourself... so from this point forward, they will be referred to as the West Coast Alliance.
Who else do we have?
Alex Rico an Fei - they are buddy buddy... and I think that may be Alex's downfall.... will Alex become the new Greg?!?! They obviously need more people for numbers... it will be interesting to see who they go for...
One wonders if the Venezuela girls will flock to Dru and form a Dru's Angel Alliance?!?!
Will Haiti stick together?!?! I didn't watch much of Haiti so I don't really know the group dynamics... could be interesting.
I could see people using what they have already for a few rounds until things start to pick up then the real action will start!

I wonder if the axis of evil will stick together. Joe Purcell already mentioned that they need to go and I'm sure others will think so as well. I'm really curious to see what happens to them as a group. I'd say Nicole has the best shot at making it far out of them but I could be you tally wrong haha

With Mary, I see her being a floater again for most of the game, because just like Venezuela no one will take her seriously, and if her and Dru were in a tribe again, she might go after him for revenge.
A11an, I've always been a fan of his since reading the past seasons, and witnessed him on another series. But it will be interesting on the friendship he has with Sassy. Will he turn on her or not? That is the question.
I agree with Drew T (he's the favourite out of the winners, not being bias as I didn't vote for him to win 3 years ago). But he really needs to have his social game fixed, because a lot has changed since he played.
Mike, Kyle and Joey are interesting to me, Mike especially since there is almost no way to get information from his game when he played on geocities and emails.
Kyle and Joey are going to be on a tribe where they are either welcomed or they will be targets! I wish them luck!

Nic is going to be the most secure member of the AoE coming into this game because of how she played in Japan. People like her away from that cursed alliance and if anything I hope it doesn't reform out of laziness on their part. A huge concur to Vic about the WC meet up, christ, or ANY meet up that happened post-AS3 announcement. Joe had it right on the nose when he said people were pre-gaming hard about this season - it's a smart move if you know what you're doing on Day 1 but these guys don't have a clue.
Both Cody and I as All-Star winners in this series will tell you that it's going to be a hard journey, the pressure is immense because you're up against some very strong competition and reputations that must be upheld. By comparison, HvV was easier because we knew the tribes going in and could deduce how people would react with a particular label - that was half the battle already won.
The group as a whole is decent, there are picks there that others would find questionable but there is always a method to the madness and rightly so, no two people will have the same opinion on casting the perfect thirty people from a huge pool of amazing players that span ten years! Personally, I'm excited to see what each player brings to the table and they'll be hugely critiqued by us all which will be incredible for them to read once everything is said and done.
I wish I was staying up for the big Day One spiel but I'm not as youthful. I'm not 22 years old with zero responsibilities and not a care in the world! Ho hum.
Looking forward to everybody's insights this season and especially getting to debate with the Haitians! Great to have you onboard.
