MERGE!!!!
I want to just start off by saying how amazing it is how the Agamemnon 5 has united. They now call themselves "Quintz." I just think it's so incredible, they started out as this tribe with Chris/Fei/Kyle on the outs and it was super awkward for them and seemed hopeless, but after Kyle left, Chris and Fei were not only able to save themselves, but they were able to completely turn their position around by integrating into a solid group with the other 3, and I think that's so amazing. Even if they are the 4th and 5th wheels, they aren't even necessarily looked at as such anymore- it's really a tight group of 5. Going into the Greek merge, the 5 of them automatically have an advantage for just being such a solid group while the other 5 is scrambling. Seriously love this Quintz 5 so much, they're all so incredible and make a great group. I really hope this lasts!!
As for the Roman side, I know Alex really wants to team back up with Debbie and Jared, but I know Jared wants to stick with Dru and Joanne. Not sure what Debbie wants. Need to catch up on confessionals. I am worried for Joe Purcell and Alex this round =/ Hope it works out for them.

I have a question about the twist. I thought that if the merged into two tribes that they would still be competing for tribal immunity, but the way Samm worded it in the announcement thread seems like it is two individual merge situations. How is this going to work? Two tribes competing against each other or two merges of players competing individually?

15 days into a 52 day game, so there's 20 people left you could realistically do a few single boot rounds then throw in the occasional double boot before the big merge and that still would fit with the schedule, but that's just on the assumption of a final three scenario.
If it's going to be Individual across both tribes that would be pretty awesome, plus a merge assumes individual games. Production have been very suggestive of late and that only adds to the paranoia.

Now that we're at the final 20, most fodder is gone, I guess I'll do a video post on my thoughts of the final 10 in each dominion.

Ryan is seriously so smart. Listening to his latest confessional, I just love love love how self-aware he is about everything. Like he was saying how Craig was saying that he didn't know about the Derek vote until the last minute, and Ryan said "I would believe that, but that's the same story we're making up about Joey!" Just things like that are so smart of him. And how he's wondering why the other tribe is targeting Alyx instead of him. And how he has to convince his alliance that he's worth going to rocks for. It's just amazing how well he's playing and what a good position he is in. He's really good at downplaying what a big player he is. Love him!!!! Someone said last round they could see him winning and I totally agree. And at this rate, he'd be an amazing winner!

How is this going to work? Two tribes competing against each other or two merges of players competing individually? Totally. It's just a "dominion" merge, meaning they're still playing two separate games, a Roman game, and a Greek game. They'll be competing for individual immunity and there will be two boots this round. What's a good merge without a little drama, you know?

Thanks for clarifying, Samm. This should be interesting to see. Wonder if anyone will break Skylar from China's individual immunity win tally now that they have a chance (It should've been me ). I just hope it doesn't result in two simultaneous Pagongings, folowed by a third one at the actual merge. That would suck. Holding thumbs that these players have some contingency plans up their sleeves.

Alex, Sassy, Joe, and Taylor found all the muses on the roman side.
Alex got it as the first to claim it. All will be explained with the muses later though

I'm a big fan of the Quintz alliance and I'll say that til the end of my days. Despite having arguably some of the most interesting players in the game, Achilles was the most boring tribe I'm existence like just so terribly awful I'd love to see Agamemnon absolutely tear them apart which I think at the moment is very plausible they're already tearing them apart allegiance wise. It's pretty sad honestly how quickly that Achilles folded. I'm not usually a fan of one tribe sticking together forever but Quintz is by far an exception for me. I think it has such a good mix of players with different personalities and qualities. However do I think they'll stay together long? No. I don't. I think Ryan will reasonably be their downfall. Just a matter of when.
As for the Romans. As much as I'm usually a fan of the "underdog" this round I think I would like to see Joe or Sassy to go just for their sloppy gameplay the round Jacob was booted. Remus for a four person tribe is so incredibly split that I think it needs another hit. Not that I'm ultimately cheering on Romulus here. But I think Jacobs boot needs some retributive action in terms of survivor law. Ultimately I'm still looking for a Greek win.
